These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rural Reach Physiotherapy Fund website (the “Website”) and participation in the Rural Reach Physiotherapy Fund (the “Fund”). By accessing this Website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website or apply to the Fund.
The Rural Reach Physiotherapy Fund is a program designed to support individuals living in rural Nova Scotia by improving access to short-term physiotherapy services. The Fund may provide limited financial support toward physiotherapy care delivered by licensed physiotherapists.
The Fund itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through this Website.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Fund. Eligibility decisions are made at the discretion of the Fund administrators based on available funding and program criteria.
You agree that all information you provide in your application is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or withdrawal of support.
If you are approved for funding and receive physiotherapy services:
Physiotherapy care is provided by licensed physiotherapists practicing in accordance with provincial regulations.
A separate consent process and terms may apply between you and the physiotherapy provider.
Participation in the Fund does not replace medical care from your primary healthcare provider.
The Fund and this Website are not intended for emergency or urgent health concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or security.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Use the Website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
